The house is located on a hill and offers panoramic views of the sea. It is completely surrounded by a green garden with lemon trees, olive trees, cacti and flowers. There is a large private swimming pool in front of the house; absolute calm and privacy guaranteed by the absence of direct neighbors.
The house is composed of 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 independent terraces, one with barbecue; the arrangement of the rooms in 3 very distinct zones avoids any promiscuity in the house; we would like to point out that among these 3 zones 2 of them have 2 bedrooms which communicate with each other (you go through one to access the other, unless you go through the garden for one of between them, but each has its own individual bathroom)
There is a covered garage available for guests as well as numerous parking spaces at the entrance of the house on private land and an electric gate at the entrance to the property.
The villa is located 2.5 km from Nikki Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Del Sol. There are two golf courses within a 1 km radius and the Don Carlos tennis club is 2.5 km away; many restaurants along the beach.
All amenities including 2 supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), restaurants, pharmacy banks are within 5 minutes by car from the house.
