Upon entering the house you are greeted with a spectacular living room with sofa area and cosy fireplace, TV area, separate dining room and superb open plan kitchen with NEF appliances. All areas have spectacular views to the sea and the golf course.
The main house has five bedrooms on the top two floors, four of them are independent suites with fitted wardrobes and large en-suite bathrooms, plus there is a guest toilet next to the smaller 5th bedroom.
On the lower ground floor there is a soundproofed games room with all the equipment and a fantastic separate apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a large living/sleeping area which can sleep an additional 4 people.
There is plenty of outdoor space around the villa on its 1,840 square metre plot, highlighted by the huge swimming pool and fantastic lawns. The pool is surrounded by amazing terrace areas with everything you need to enjoy the pool and the stunning scenery.
