Lovely two bedroom penthouse with terrace in the centre of Marbella. Only 300 meters from the promenade and the beach and 1 minute from the famous Avenida Ricardo Soriano in Marbella. From the large terrace with lateral sea views you will be able to contemplate the best sunsets. The Old Town is a 5 minute walk away where you can go shopping or just enjoy the beautiful streets of the Old Town.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a large terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two 90 cm beds. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, oven and microwave. The private bathroom includes free ammenities and a hairdryer. There is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The flat has air conditioning in the living room and in in the master room. Additionally all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The sea and beachside promenade known as the Paseo Marítimo is lined with palm trees, chiringuitos and restaurants such as Da Bruno, Santiago and The Harbour to name a few - and it is less than 200m from the property! Even closer than that you have restaurants where the locals eat like La Sacristía.
The apartment is a pleasant 5 minute walk from the Marbella old town, and its traditional white washed buildings. The Port and its vibrant night life is also a short stroll away!
