On the ground floor: living room, dining room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, relaxation area with a quality sofa bed and separate toilet. The living room opens onto the garden and terrace through a patio door. The large fireplace is purely decorative (it cannot be used to make a fire) but gives the living room a unique character. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (with double beds), one of which is directly connected to the double bathroom (two separate but communicating areas with a bath and washbasin on one side and a shower, washbasin and WC on the other side) The house is ideally located in a quiet area of La Roche en Ardennes. The town center and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee and wifi is free.
