Summary: We stayed for one night while passing through on our honeymoon hoping for a bit of German charm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was not luxurious but was adequate for one night. We did not receive responses to communications we sent prior to our stay which was an annoyance. The check-in time is very strict. We arrived just a few minutes prior to the black-out window because of our flight and had to wait until someone arrived, which was our fault but not ideal after traveling all day. We exclusively speak English and that proved to be a challenge, but the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate. The restaurant was excellent and the dinner service was outstanding. We would happily return for the food but not for the hotel.
