We offer, in Les Sables-d'Olonne, this charming house at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with sofa, TV, dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- A separate toilet
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200) with an additional double bed on the mezzanine
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, fan, iron.
Exterior:
- A 20 m² courtyard with garden furniture and electric awning
- A private solarium of 18 m², located on the 1st floor, closed with deckchairs and coffee table
The house is ideally located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
