Positive: It was clean. Location was ok.

Negative: Room very oldish, very cold, bathroom one floor downstairs, almost to the entrance...no slippers for this situation. Balcony super tiny, full of plants pots, and all the room with old furniture, old objects, laps dusty. You just want to leave to go out. Noisy people in the building.
