Experience true KY charm & hospitality in our separate & private guest suite. Located within the heart of the NOLI district we are a short 10-20min walk to the center of DT and Rupp Arena! Or take a short Lyft ride to world class horse racing at Keeneland! Just steps from our home you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, breweries, & shopping. A few of our favorites are listed in our guestbook upon arrival. Our up and coming neighborhood has so much to offer, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
The space
Our beautiful craftsman home was originally built in 1910 and recently renovated. Much of the old charm exists throughout the home. The access to the guest suite is located through a door at the back of our home with a digital key pad entrance. Next, following a short climb up 1 flight of stairs, you will enter the guest suite. Decorated to make you feel welcomed into a classic bourbon lounge we hope you find the space welcoming and chic. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and soft linens. We pride ourselves in the ‘details’ to make your stay extra special.
My husband, myself, and our 2 very friendly dogs live downstairs separate from the above guest suite. Have no fear! We respect your privacy and enjoy interacting with guests if the occasion arises. Cheers, and welcome to our home. We are happy to host you and your guests!

We have one very friendly dog, Dallas, who is a 8 year old Lab/Mastiff mix. He can be found roaming in the backyard on occasion. You are always welcome to meet him he loves welcoming our guests!
