Spacious living room of over 40 m2 and high ceilings with wooden beams, fireplace and exit to 2 terraces, a very large east facing, cool and airy in summer and another southwest facing to use the sun in winter. On the first floor is the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a double room and an anteroom that can be used by a child. These upper rooms have large windows with sea views.
