The Space:
The property is located at the end of a dead-end road, you can park your car in the parking lot or in the street.
Right as you walk in, you'll see that you can either go up to the second floor or stay on the ground floor. If you go upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first one on the right hand side has a double bed open to a second room with a sofa bed and a small terrace that gives a very good interior lighting. The other two rooms, one has a raised bunk double bed with a large desk just below, and the second has an individual bed. Both rooms offer good lighting thanks to their extensive windows.
These three rooms share a very spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Finally, this top floor has an air conditioner that is located in the hall of the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a huge dining room with a table for six, a sofa and a wide access to the patio. Directly in front, there is a kitchen equipped for six people, with a washing machine, oven, hob and a large fridge / freezer; and next to it a small bathroom.
From the kitchen you also have access to the patio, where you can enjoy the sun and the good summer temperatures while taking advantage of the barbecue, the outdoor sofas and the hammocks!

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Located on the shores of the Bay of Roses and in the heart of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, it is one of the most beautiful marine areas in the world. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
