The villa is located only a few minutes by car from the best beaches in Marbella, ample leisure, restaurant and shopping possibilities and, furthermore, only a little over half an hour from Malaga International Airport.
Villa Sol y Mar is distributed over three floors and with it's rooms it has a capacity for 15 guests.
As soon as you enter the villa from the quiet street that makes a corner, and therefore provides good parking possibilities, you will know that you are in a very special property. Immediately you are attracted by the magnificent living / dining room, which gives you a feeling of spaciousness, light and tranquility thanks to its windows with access to the terrace with outdoor dining, barbecue and other spaces to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
This upper floor, in addition to the common spaces described, has two rooms with en suite bathrooms.
From the entrance hall you go down to the middle floor, where there are another three rooms with en suite bathrooms.
On the middle floor there is also a large lounge and bar for social gatherings of all kinds. In addition, the fully equipped laundry room is located on this floor. Most of the rooms on this middle floor have direct access to the large terrace on this floor, a terrace interconnected with the other two floors of the villa.
On the lower floor you will find the last room, which is actually a small apartment complete with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has its own exit to the garden including a terrace and a lot of privacy.
Also located on this lower floor is the large swimming pool, very private with no views from/to the gardens of the neighboring houses. The floor also has another indoor space with lounge/bar, sauna, gym and shower/toilet and outside with sun beds and tables around the pool.
