Positive: Clean spacious and welcoming . The shuttle pick up was well explained by David at reception and in good time. The driver was very nice . Natalia gave us a warm welcome at reception . Room was large and comfy and quiet. Due to winter stay, did not get a chance to explore the outdoor pool . There is a large shopping centre 15 mins walk from hotel , and there are plenty of food options there.
