The villa is furnished in a rustic style, offering comfort and space in tranquil surroundings.
Downstairs:
It has an open plan spacious living room with 2 sofas and easy chairs and a closed fire place. A large wooden dining place seats up to 8 people. The kitchen is separated with a bar.
One bedroom is double, the other triple with 140cm double bed and a single bed. There is a small guest toilet, where also the washing machine is stored, and a bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor
is a spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed, and a bathroom on its own. From here, you have access to 2 terraces, one at the front, facing west, with sea view, furnished with lounge furniture, the other facing east.

Due to the solid construction and the moderate climate at the Atlantic coast, air condition is not necessary. In winter you can heat with the chimney and with a mobile gas stove.

The swimming pool (7x3,5m with a shallow end) is fenced in and exposed to the sun, and there are 3 loungers. Furnished front terrace, large garden with lawn and trees, and a barbecue area with a wooden set of benches and table.
Surroundings:
The sandy beach of El Palmar is also one of the most popular surf spots, and you can find many surf schools along the beach. There is a good choice of restaurants and beach bars (chiringuitos), where you can enjoy the sunset with a mojito, and there are also some places with live music and dancing at nighttime.
