Built in 1955 and thanks to the magnificent design of the architect Illescas, our house is still up to date and extremely comfortable. We like to take care of it and maintain it as it deserves, although, being so close to the sea, it is sometimes a difficult and costly task. Decorated according to our style, we want it to have a personal, open, clean, homely and practical look. This property is located close to Begur (approx. 3,5 km) on the picturesque beach named Sa Tuna, at 45 km from Girona airport and approx.150 km from Barcelona airport. - The house has one of the most beautiful views you can get at the Costa Brava. From home, a footpath leads near the sea to Aiguafreda, a small and beautiful bay known for its diving sport where you can have dinner in the lovely “Sa Rascassa restaurant” garden. Sa Tuna is a natural, very charming bay where you find three waterfront restaurants. Its beach, which you can always look at it through our big windows or from our comfortable terrace, is approx. a 2-minute walk from the house. Renting our house you have use of a private garage space in Sa Tuna near the beach and the house, which is very convenient as during the season it is not easy to find parking places. Golf: Three Golf courses at 15 km During July, nights of Jazz on the beach, once a week. No parties are allowed. No smoking allowed
