The crackling fire can be watched from both the living room and the kitchen. Outside, you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the garden and the fields beyond. Incidentally, the conversion of the barn into a home has been mentioned in four renowned trade journals and won a prize from "Schöner Wohnen".

The dreamlike location far away from the hustle and bustle will quickly make you forget all your worries.
You are in Weenzen, a village of 350 souls in the beautiful Leinebergland. The Weenzer Bruch begins here, which is a beautiful hiking area with lakes and forests. In the immediate vicinity is also the Ith Hils hiking trail which is labelled as a very natural hiking trail.
The cities of Hameln and Hildesheim can be reached in about 30 minutes.
The holiday home is located in a sandstone barn which was partly rebuilt as a house in 1994. The sandstone barn was built in 1869 as a drive-through barn with storage facilities for hay, straw and grain.
