Very nice house in lush greenery, in a quiet area, surrounded by vineyards. The house is very well located 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Canet, bars, restaurants, 3 minutes from shops.
A garden well equipped with games: swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, trampoline.
Very big room of life and big terrace on stilts vis-a-vis the trees, swimming pool with shutter, 4 rooms, park 1/2 ha.

It is extended by a large wooden terrace, on stilts overlooking the trees of the garden. The place is very quiet, with lots of trees and we see or hear the wild animals: birds, squirrels, rabbits, hedgehogs, frogs ....
