Ideal for the holidays of a family or a group of friends (6 people + 1 child).
Holiday apartment, quiet, located in a new apartment building, on a second floor with elevator, enjoy it and its two double rooms with a double bed in each room, they are very bright and large, one of them has an additional bed so that a small child can sleep in it, this bed is for a child up to 6 years old. The two complete bathrooms with shower are independent and are located in the corridor of the apartment, so they are not inside any of the rooms. Both bathrooms have natural light. The American-style kitchen has access to the living room, is equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils.
The dining room is very large, sunny and with a great exit to a fantastic terrace.
The table in the living room is large and is next to a large window, which gives it a lot of light and makes any moment of group or family reunion very pleasant. The sofa in the living room is convertible into a bed, where two people can sleep comfortably. The TV in the large and modern living room makes the rooms fantastic.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the foot of the living room with a table and chairs for dinners, lunches and breakfasts. Due to its location it is very protected from the sun and a fantastic air flows. On the top floor, accessed from the living room by a spiral staircase, the apartment has another private terrace of about 50m², with sun loungers and space to sunbathe, rest and enjoy wonderful views of both the town and the sea.
It is an equipped, new and idyllic apartment for your holidays, equipped with air conditioning, wifi and in a perfect situation where a lovely breeze runs.
From the apartment you get to the beach directly and in a straight line, it will take less than five minutes walking, the beach is wonderful, quiet and very beautiful. In this area you will enjoy because you have everything at your fingertips: shops, places to eat and enjoy tapas, fried fish, and all the typical gastronomy of the place.
The town of Garrucha is quiet but very typical of the area, in it you have at your disposal all kinds of services and typical places of food and enjoyment for your stay.
