The Manoir is a "Monument Classé" of France, build in the XV century and fully renovated to its splendor in 2022. Located 10 steps from the beach with direct access. It is surrounded by 2 hectares of forest. As you drive into the Manoir you will find parking for several cars. All amenities, floors, bathrooms, heater, appliances and furnishings are top of the line. The decoration is exquisite !! The fully equipped eat-in kitchen counts with a La Cornue stove and ovens, a large dinning table for 6 and beautiful china, table linens and flatware. In the living room you will find a great fireplace with wood provided during the winter months. The room is decorated with French and Italian antiques. The library is located on the ground level with a very large screen TV and books in English, Spanish and French. It is a great room to watch a movie or read. A desk is also available in this room. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite master bathroom, double sinks, WC etc. The two additional guests bedrooms are located on the third floor, each one with a king size bed that can be converted into twins, ensuite showers and WC. Egyptian cotton towels and soaps are provided. All beds are dressed with Italian feather pillows, comforters and Italian linens. Damage insurance is required and children are not recommended due to the stairs and decor of the house. However, an additional guest house can be rented within the property which is more appropriate for children of all ages. Both houses are listed and can be rented together or separately. Pets are not allowed.
