On entering this large, beautifully appointed apartment, it is as if you are walking into your own Spanish villa.
The living area boasts three sofas that can seat up to eight people and a wall-mounted 65” Smart TV. The large sliding patio doors provide access to the wrap-around terrace with numerous intimate seating areas and a private heated swimming pool (11m x 5m) with uninterrupted views of the 13th hole of the world-renowned San Roque Golf course and the Andalucian countryside beyond.
There are three comfortable double bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and shower), each with their own private access to the terrace, wall-mounted smart 40” TVs, ceiling fans and electrically operated blackout blinds. The third bedroom (currently configured for two single beds) can be offered as a large double bed upon request. There is also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet.
This recently modernised apartment has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a breakfast bar with a wine cooler and a large American-style fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice dispenser. Seating at the breakfast bar is for four people, plus a dining table with seating for six.
Outside, there are six sun loungers, and pool towels are provided for the stunning swimming pool, which catches the sun all day long.
A large pergola provides a shady spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun, along with an outside dining table that seats eight. There is an additional outside lounge seating area with a coffee table and a fire pit.
