We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.
A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.
The house is modern in character, on one level, with continuity of the terrace and swimming pool area.On entering on the right you will find the main living room: the living-dining room is tastefully decorated with seating for six people, equipped with satellite television. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace which provides shade and shelter where you can relax and enjoy the 4x6 swimming pool. With fully equipped open kitchen. The corridor on the left will lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms: two double bedrooms with two single beds each, the third bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (suite). You will also have access to a shared full bathroom. Swimming pool: 4x6m approx.
Outside, the pool area awaits you, to swim, sunbathe, have a drink or celebrate good meals. The swimming pool has an integrated staircase. Next to the house there is a fantastic terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen, which has a grill (no barbecue), where you can cook.
You can park in the parking space inside the property.
