Ideally located on the 4th floor of a residence with lift, swimming pool and private parking, our apartment, completely renovated in May 2017, can accommodate 2 to 4 people and offers you a magnificent view of the sea and the Salines.
The apartment is located +/- 50m from the beach and about 1 km from the center of old Calpe.
The air-conditioned apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining room and living room with double sofa bed, one bedroom with king-size bed and a shower room / sink / wc. TV with French channels in the living room and TV (only with USB key) in the bedroom.

* September: 700 € / week
* From October to March, possibility of renting the apartment monthly at the price of 700 € or 300 € / week.
* April: € 450 / week
* May: 500 € / week
* June: 550 € / week
* July: 700 € / week
During the holidays of All Saints and Christmas and New Years, the rental price is € 450 / week.
Mandatory costs to add to the rental amount:
* 35 € for end of stay cleaning costs.
