5 Bedroom Villa in Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc
Llafranc is the perfect seaside town with the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, nestled between beautiful rock formations, coves of transparent blue water and pine forests for fantastic walks.
Housing:
Our Villa is composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 floors. We are 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Llafranc and Callela. Its capacity is 12 people.
It has a large living room, a dining room and a separate kitchen and fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave ...).
A private garden also allows you to live outdoors, relaxing on deckchairs or aperitifs / barbecue after the beach days.
A garage also allows you to have access to bikes, washing machines and dryers that we leave at your disposal.
We also have a pool that is shared by about twenty homeowners.
Composition of 5 bedrooms: 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 150 + 2 twin beds (upstairs) + 4 bunk beds + 2 bunk beds (in the basement)
Parking: two cars can be parked in private space
During summer only weekly rentals will be accepted.
The wifi is possible with SIM card to predict at your expense.

Condominium regulations: The swimming pool a common access. Strict rules are set on noise at nap time (3pm) and evening (after 10pm).
It is also forbidden to eat and drink in this common place to avoid gatherings and ensure the well being of the occupants living around this place.
Fins and snorkels are also prohibited.
No charcoal barbecue from June to October. Use of gas barbecue possible.
Activities:
Llfrancs and Calella are two small villages of sinners. Here, no major tourist complexes, no tall buildings that block the view of the incredible landscapes of this region. The charm of these two villages that still remain protected even if life, restaurants, bars, always allow a pleasant relaxation.
All activities are possible for you at the ports of Llafranc or Calella; scuba diving, kayaking, paddle, sailing. But also tennis, golf and hiking with breathtaking views can be great ways to enhance your holiday according to everyone's tastes. This region of Spain has a rich history. Medieval cities (Pals, Begur, Girona ...) are present around Llafranc and also allow to discover an authentic and ancient architecture.
A detour to Figueres (50mn) is also possible to rub the artist Salvador Dali and an extraordinary museum dedicated to him. Barcelona is 1h15 from our house and remains a must-see city to discover.

A private garden also allows you to live outside, relaxing on hammocks or aperitifs / barbecue after the days of beach.
A garage also allows you to have access to bicycles, and the washing machine and dryer that we leave at your disposal.
We also have a swimming pool which is shared by 25 house owners.

During summer, renting is accepted only by week from Saturday to Saturday.
