Via a wide stone staircase you enter the lounge / dining room with a high ceiling and a beautiful loft that gives the house a special atmosphere. In the seating area by the large wood burning stove are a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has a fantastic Mediterranean atmosphere thanks to the Portuguese-style tile walls. From the kitchen you can step outside through the glass doors onto the sunny terrace and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace. From here you have a view of the garden and the rolling landscape behind the river. The garden is spacious with many trees that provide shade and offers enough space for children to play around and around the house and parking spaces for the car.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a closet and doors that open onto the terrace. Behind the house are an extra refrigerator and a washing machine. there is air conditioning in the living room. In the colder months, you can use the attractive wood-burning stove in addition to the electric heating. You can use the free internet connection (50GB / week).
The outdoor life dominates in La Bellion, the house is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by hills and vineyards, here you can completely unwind.
