The property is located in the private urbanization Los Naranjos, with free access but with a security system with cameras in all its streets, it has a swimming pool, bars and a supermarket. Only 5 minutes by car from Puerto Banús and 15 minutes walk from the beach. With direct bus line to Banús, Marbella Center and CC La Cañada.
The house is spread over 3 floors, has free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. It has A / C through the independent Airzone system in each room.
