The stone-built house offers a unique location. Its exterior, surrounded by nature, has a barbecue and an elegant stone table for up to 6 people for sunny summer days. With the sound of the waves converging on the cliff, you can relax on the porch while appreciating the garden full of colourful flowers, creating a magical and serene atmosphere.
The interior of the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with a large window overlooking the garden and a fireplace, a double bedroom, a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a small table for up to 4 people.
Going up the stairs, we find another small living room with an office area, a master bedroom with a Japanese style bed and a balcony overlooking the mountain and the garden, a children's room and a common bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
The house is located in a privileged area, full of hiking trails, viewpoints overlooking breathtaking landscapes, such as the viewpoint of Punta Cabicastro and famous beaches of the Rias Baixas as Canelas beach, just 10 mins walk and 15 mins from the beach of Paxariñas, with crystal clear waters and white sand.
The lively town of Sanxenxo, 8 minutes away by car, is a place that offers a wide range of activities in the area: from visits to the Cíes Islands National Park to tasting the famous local delicacies, such as octopus or barnacles, in its restaurants.
