The fully fitted open-plan kitchen features granite worktops, an electric hob/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. From the lounge, double patio doors open onto the first south-facing terrace, which offers sunbeds, a chill-out corner, and outdoor dining. A safety gate leads down to the next level, where you can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect for cooling off in the summer or enjoying a glass of something bubbly in the evening. The third level features a built-in barbecue and dining area. For cooler evenings, the living room has a flat-screen TV with a variety of Spanish and international channels, as well as a fireplace. UK TV channels can be provided upon request and are available for an extra fee.
