The house is just a few minutes\' walk from Calle Loreto, where there is a wide range of gastronomic options and nightlife. It is also very close to Marques de Campo Street, the main promenade of the town that connects with the Port of Denia.
The house is distributed over three floors with a total of 250 m2. We access the house on the ground floor from a Hall-Living room, from which a corridor leads us to three bedrooms, all with spacious closets. One room has bunk beds, another has a double bed, and there is a suite with its private bathroom. A modern shower room completes the equipment on the ground floor. Stairs lead us to the 1st floor with a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. At the back of the room, there is a large suite and a toilet. From this level, we go up to the highlight of the house: a large 50 m2 terrace with a chill-out area, an oasis of tranquility in this quiet neighborhood. Comfortably furnished with sun loungers, armchairs, and a large teak table next to a shower and BBQ, it invites you to enjoy evenings and nights with the best Mediterranean atmosphere and panoramic views of Les Marines beach. The house has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi modem throughout the house, and air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms.
The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is just a 15-minute walk away, with its beach bar and facilities for children. For those who prefer convenience, the Port of Denia and this beach have ample parking.
The Port of Denia, also very close, offers a wide range of entertainment and gastronomy thanks to its summer terraces and nightclubs. Boat rentals, jet ski rentals, or multi-adventure activities are also concentrated here in the Port. An excursion to Ibiza or Formentera with Balearia is also a great plan when you are in Denia, thanks to the Fast Ferries.
