The modern apartment (54 m2) is very quiet, modern and well equipped. It is in the top row of the large "Monsenor" complex, which was built in a south-east orientation directly into the steep slope. This gives you a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the mountains from the terrace (18 m2). You can reach the property with 6 lifts, 3 of which are spacious panoramic lifts.
Playa del Cura beach is 300 meters away. The white Caribbean-like beach "Amadores" can be reached on foot in 30 minutes or by bus in less than 10 minutes.
