Almost all of the beaches near the city are lively and feature all kinds of facilities like loungers, parasols and first aid. The most famous beach is Playa Pau-Pi. There are lots of things to do here. You can go sunbathing, swimming, you can have a nice drink at one of the beach restaurants and enjoy various water sports. In the harbour, you'll find many water sports companies. Somewhat quieter beaches are Playa Terranova and Playa Aigua Blanca.
