Apartment Cortal, recently classified 2 *, is an apartment of 30m2 with one bedroom, private courtyard and it is part of a 4-sided villa with beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. It is located at the top of the old village next to the castle and the church in a rather residential area with 2 large vegetable gardens next to it. The apartment has an independent entrance and is for a maximum of two people. Very close there is the restaurant "Bistrot le Cortal" and the spa is 10 minutes walk or two minutes by car. The village center with its small shops is a 5 minute walk away and there is a large supermarket a few minutes by car. It’s a very quiet place, with just the church bells to hear.
We have 'cure' tariffs. Until the end of June € 595 for 3 weeks, July and August € 885 and from September 1st € 690.
The apartment is well maintained and well equipped by the owners who live on site and who are also the owners of the restaurant "Bistrot le Cortal". The bedroom has a 140cm bed and there is a large wardrobe for clothes among other furniture. In the living room there is a TV and access to the private courtyard or there is garden furniture including a barbecue. In the recently renovated shower room is the washing machine.
In the price everything is included, towels, bedding, electricity, cleaning and wifi. There’s no surprise! Access to the apartment is via a sloping path which can be difficult for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
Parking is 80m away at La Mairie.
We ask for a deposit of 150 € against damage and 25% deposit on booking, the balance payable on your arrival. Good holidays!
