This private downstairs apartment is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and is accessed via double ornamental white gates to a private driveway. (The apartment is the lower level of a larger villa but the upstairs apartment is not in use during your stay and will be securely locked). The whole of the downstairs apartment and the outside areas are for your use only. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a large lounge and shower room with washing machine. The bedrooms have been newly decorated and have had new air-conditioning units fitted. (this is not reflected in the pictures). The whole of the outside area is for your use only. The outside private pool has an attractive dolphin water feature and a pool-side shower. There is plenty of outdoor space and eating areas for alfresco dining with a gas BBQ. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for your use. Behind the villa is a small orchard containing beautiful orange, lemon and Nisperos fruit. There is plenty of parking space on the villa. Moraira is just a 5 minute drive down hill or if you are feeling energetic it can be walked in just 20 mins. Wifi is available. Ideal for a family holiday in the beautiful MorIara Costa Blanca Spain.
