A beautiful, well furnished three bedroom townhouse set in the luxury Valle des Este golf and leisure development (with great drinking and dining facilities) in Vera, five minutes drive from the safe sandy beaches and lovely bars and restaurants of Vera and Mojacar.

The colourful, mature front gardens lead up to the porch and terrace area, with plenty of space for al fresco dining at a table seating six, with great views. The ground floor consists of lounge with two sofas and a dining table which also seats six. The Tv has satellite channels and there’s fast wi-fi throughout the house. There’s a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and a full range of dining and glassware, coffee machine and plenty of cupboard space for food storage. There are also large storage cupboards under the stairs, a downstairs shower and toilet room, and rear terrace with covered utility area with washing machine. The rear terrace leads to a secure car park with allocated space and a few steps away a fantastic shared pool and children's pool in delightful landscaped gardens.

The first floor comprises a landing area, master bathroom, bedroom one and two (both doubles) large built in wardrobes and Juliet-style terraces. The entire second floor then forms a master suite with a large double bedroom, built in wardrobes, a private terrace with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom. There are spare towels and fresh linen stored in the built in floor to ceiling wardrobes in each room, with plenty of space to hang and store clothing and footwear.

The townhouse sleeps six comfortably, and has air con and central heating(though rarely necessary, even for winter breaks) in each room, sat tv, wi-fi, ceiling fans, an open fire, dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine, external drying area with collapsible drying rack, and many other extras.

A leisurely five minute stroll will take you to Valles Del Este’s hotel area, with its elegant bar, two beautiful restaurants, spa, sauna, gym, hair salon, indoor pool and golf shop. The outside terrace has mountain views and a large pool with external bar. The drinking and dining experience at the hotel is wonderful, with excellent friendly service and surprisingly reasonable prices. The sweeping landscaped golf course draws golfers from from many miles away to spend the day. The hotel’s restaurants and outside dining areas are a favourite with the local Spanish people and a perfect setting for making new friends and great holiday memories. A further few minutes walk will take you to a sports bar and two other great bars with outside terraces and mountain views, fantastic dining experiences with friendly service, and late night drinking and socialising in Chipper’s bar. You really don’t have to venture any further than Valles Del Este for the most fabulous of holiday experiences, but if you do…

The nearest town is Vera, five minutes drive away, a typical old Spanish town with delightful bars,restaurants and regular market days for fresh produce and delicious food stands. Nearby is Mojacar Playa, featured regularly on A Place in the Sun, a lively and glamorous 12 km stretch of shops, boutiques, beach front bars and restaurants. Clean, friendly and like everywhere else in the area, reasonably priced, Mojacar Playa has something for every taste and age group. There are many other lovely coastal towns and villages within a 10-30 minute drive rich in history and culture, along the beautiful Costa del Almeria.
