Our beachfront property is situated in one of the most secured complexes in Marbella: "The Golden Mile." You have 5-10 minutes walking distance to Puerto Banús center and the marina, famous international boutiques, endless restaurants, night clubs & cafes.
The duplex in itself is gigantic with 230 m² living area & consists 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor space combined with 2 bathrooms, (Jacuzzi style) ample living room & a fully equipped kitchen with an access to the 80 m² terrace where you can dine and wine al-fresco.
If we walk out to your swimming pool, you will find a private bungalow, optimised for two people. Its very comfortable & many people have enjoyed waking up with the pool outside. Direct access to the beach from the apartment.
There are two swimming pools in the urbanisation, jacuzzi, gym, hammam, sauna.
Parking for one car is included in price in the territory of urbanisation.
All guests must be registered within reception.
Beds layout: two double beds in the apartment and two single beds in the bungalow.
Please, feel free to use comforts like AC, heated floors, free WI-FI & parking as well.
