Welcome to our two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the Golf Resort of the Mar Menor Costa Calida, Spain.
With over 300 days sunshine a year it is the perfect location for summer and winter holidays with family and friends especially if you have the urge for golfing breaks.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via a staircase or a lift.
We have two bedrooms accommodating 4 persons plus there is a sofa bed which can sleep another person should 4 persons of the same sex wish to keep to one per bed.
One king size double sleeps 1 or 2 persons and the room is en suite, the second bedroom has two single beds each being 3ft (90cm) and finally the Sofa bed in the lounge is 140cm (4ft 6in).
There is also a family bathroom with shower.
A very large terrace that benefits from the sun from around 1030hrs until late afternoon and is very well sheltered.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery pots and pans, kettle, toaster oven with grill, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
The terrace consist of 4 chairs and a table plus a patio style sofa and 2 arm chairs.
There is also 4 reclining chairs which can be used on the patio and used around the communal pool which is behind the apartment.
The surrounding area has the lovely Mar Menor which is around 10 minutes with many kilometres of beaches as well as the historic city of Cartogena.
The two closest airports our Murcia (15 mins) and Alicante (one hour )
There is a sports club on site which has the following facilities, 18 hole crazy golf, paddle and tennis and courts, a large gym, sauna and small pool.
For golf there is an 18 hole Jack Nicholas designed course with the clubhouse based at the 5 star Hotel on site, all the amenities there are available to use.
There is a good sized Spar supermarket just a 10 minute walk from the apartment
Just out side the Resort there is what is known as The Boulevard where you will find numerous bars, and places to eat
There are also ATM's around the site
