The room also has a large sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a DVD player, composing a sitting area overlooking the terrace. The total area of this apartment is 38 m2 and can comfortably accommodate two people. It is located in a residential area, quiet, in the heart of Cimiez, five minutes walk from the Roman ruins of Arênes Cemenelum, the Matisse Museum, the Monastery of Cimiez and its splendid rose garden. The Chagall Museum is also nearby and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC) is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Vieux Nice (Old Town) and its famous market and its Opera, is not far away (by bus or on foot).
