Villa Maisa is a luxurious detached villa located in Nueva Andalucía with 2 floors, a huge garden with private swimming pool and garage for up to 5 cars, also private.
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living-dining room with direct access to the garden, and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and large wardrobes and the other with 2 single beds, very bright and with large wardrobes. In addition, on the ground floor there is a complete bathroom with shower and a toilet.
On the first floor, going upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and access to a private terrace with hammocks overlooking the pool and garden, dressing room, dressing table, TV and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub; and another one with a queen size double bed, large wardrobes, desk for teleworking, private terrace overlooking the garden and pool and en suite bathroom with shower.
The whole house is decorated in a very exclusive and homely style that will make your stay very special. In addition, the garage has a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothesline, and all the necessary cleaning utensils. Along with a domestic water softener that ensures that all the taps in the house have lime-free water.
In addition, the kitchen has an osmosis machine that ensures that the water that comes out of the fridge and the small tap next to the sink is purified and osmosed.
