This lovely very spacious frontline golf villa is situated in a quiet area in the very heart of Nueva Andalucia but still only a 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and the beach.
Thanks to its location and large private territory it offers total privacy: its facade is overlooking the golf fields and the mountains and the two neighbouring villas also have huge gardens. You won't bother anyone if you hold a party or an event.
Outside there is a large parking space and the garden surrounding the villa. There is a large swimming pool with area for the kids. The pool is divided into upper and lower parts connected by a water slide. Great fun for the kids and for the adults!
The villa is distributed over 3 level counting in total seven bedrooms, all perfectly equipped and decorated with art objects. All levels are connected by a staircase and by a fully functional elevator.
