Beautiful holiday home with private swimming pool and fenced garden in the Hérault, 30mn from the beaches of Valras and Narbonne. This independent and modern villa benefits from a beautiful swimming pool heated up to 25° off season. It is pleasantly furnished and is located a few minutes walk from the pretty centre of Creissan. The grounds are fully fenced, and you will appreciate the very relaxing exteriors of this cosy holiday rental, ideal for lounging on the terrace overlooking the pool. The pastel-coloured interior is equipped with modern furniture and beautiful parquet flooring. The dining room opens directly onto the terrace, as well as into one of the bedrooms via a staircase. From the kitchen you reach another charming terrace with a view of the village. Less than an hour away from splendid places such as the Canal du Midi, its locks and shady banks, the Cathar city of Minerve, the Abbey of Fonfroide, dating from the 11th century, the towns of Pézenas and Béziers, Roquebrun, Gruissan, Lamalou-les-Bains, real architectural gems, and all the seaside towns along the coast, such as La Grande-Motte, Le Cap d'Agde, Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, Frontignan-Plage and Valras-Plage. Narbonne-Plage, 45 minutes away, has been awarded the Blue Flag label for the quality of its waters, and has five kilometres of fine sand where you can practise sailing, beach volleyball, jet skiing, sand yachting, catamaran or sea kayaking. Numerous summer activities, (night markets, open-air shows, traditional festivals...). At the start of the village, where you will find a bakery-pastry shop, a grocery store and a wine cellar, many possibilities for cycling, horse riding and walking are open to you.
