The villa is a 15 minute walk from world famous Puerto Banus and its beaches. Or you can be there in a taxi in 3 minutes for 7 euros.
Aloha gardens is a 5 minute walk from the villa, with its own restaurant and bar/nightlife scene, a 24hour supermarket, and two others, one of which is an organic market.
A car is not a necessity due to the central location of the villa, but should you bring one there is ample free street parking in right in front of the villa, inside the private urbanization.
This property is elevated just above the sea so always feels comfortably cool in the hot summer months, and the 6 bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
Spacious bedroom suites open out to the big terraces and garden and have en-suite bathrooms, 3 with bathtubs.
The terraces are spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for dining al fresco next to the pool and gardens.
The gardens and terraces are truly unique to this villa with a beautiful rose garden and mature, exotic plants, and a traditional antique Spanish fountain.

On the ground floor, you will enter the villa where you will find a library foyer, leading into the open plan dining room and sunken living room, with access to the terraces.
The kitchen is also open plan and fully equipped with top of the line appliances and many special touches to make you feel at home.
On the same level are 2 bedroom suites, both with four poster beds and en suite shower/bathtubs and their own access to the villas terraces and grounds, something which many large groups appreciate as you can come and go from your room without having to walk through the whole villa, adding to the privacy.
One of the bedroom suites has its own living area and mini fridge, with the possibility to sleep more guests in extra single beds, and separating the room with curtains.
There are another 2 bedrooms on this level, both with double beds, and mountain views, sharing a bathroom with rain shower.
Upstairs are the final 2 bedrooms, with the best sea and mountain views. There are 2 roof terraces here and 1 balcony, with their own sun loungers.
One bedroom has a king sized bed, and the other 2 singles, sharing a bathroom with shower/bathtub. There is also a full kitchenette upstairs, which again has been a plus for large groups, should you wish you can prepare your breakfast upstairs and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the villas grounds and majestic views.

I always personally greet my guests when they arrive at my villa. I give them the keys and spend time showing them around so that they know how everything works in the villa. I give a champagne greeting and make sure that they feel comfortable before I leave. I live nearby and am always on hand to help with whatever they might need. I love giving advice on all the best places to go because I have lived here for 30 years and still love to go out and experience all that is going on.
I love my neighborhood because it is a hidden gem. People who have lived here for a very long time always say they never knew our finca existed and yet it is in the heart of the prestigous Aloha golf valley, overlooks the Golden Mile and is only a 10 minute stroll down to fashionable Puerto Banus and only the 3rd community from the entrance to the port as well. From my neighborhood you will never sit in traffic as there are many access roads all around to wherever you want to go. You can get right onto the paseo along the beachfront and walk straight into Marbella. Just behind my villa you can rent lovely plexipave new tennis courts, and there are a plethora of very good well priced restaurants. You will find a bike rental place just behind my villa, gourmet food shops, a butcher that sells the best fresh meats from Galicia, ecological milk and butter, and there is an organic fruit and veggie market as well. I also love buying my gluten free corn bread at our local gourmet bakery just behind the villa...its the best ! I can walk out my back door and have a cup of coffee with a hot croissant for breakfast, play a game of tennis, rent a bike for the beach and paseo, go shopping at the ethnic market late at night, have dinner in the port at 10 p.m. and party all day or
