The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters-. It invites you to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace. There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total. This terrace is perfect for cooking delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them in the exterior kitchen and enjoy them right there or in the furnished backyard. There also is an exterior bathroom with a shower by the pool.
Interior
The property consists of three buildings: a main house on the ground floor, and two apartments, one on the first floor accessible via stairs near the pool, and the other is in a separate annex.
The main house features a rustic living-dining room with a TV, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, and a wood stove. There's an additional room with two sofas. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is in a glazed area with a barbecue. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower), and another with bunk beds.
